DELIVERY
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail. First class post will be used for orders up to 1.25kg (2.75lbs) and thereafter the *standard parcel service up to 20kg (44lbs). If the physical size of orders under 1.25kg is too large for 1st class post then the *standard parcel service will be used.
The weight of each item is shown in the shopping cart and a small percentage is added for packaging. To calculate the total cost of delivery for your order use the popup calculator from the shopping cart.

RETURNING GOODS
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at your expense in the perfect condition they were sent and in the original packaging. Please note that if goods are returned you will be charged the actual carriage costs which we paid when we sent the goods to you.
If you do want to return goods you must:
1. Email sales@lullaby-lane-babyshop.co.uk explaining what your returning and why, with the date you purchased and order number.
2. Return the goods with a note of your name and order number (nb otherwise this my result in a delay in processing your refund).
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods, as per distance selling regulations. This refund will only include the total of goods and will be less the delivery cost of sending it to you.
